There are many choices on earning a real estate license. Do you have the time to go into a live class, or do you want to learn on line?
Most licensees go the on line route, and then take the state exam at a testing facility.
Regardless, the end results are the same. Pass the test, and affiliate with a firm.
If you do not have a license, you will need to choose on line or live classroom.
