99% of the time, the cost of the REALTOR organization is your cost and required to be paid before affiliating with a broker.
RECB recommends being a member of the REALTOR organization mainly because you will receive benefits from this trade organization.
Many benefits include education, promotions, discounts, and networking.
However, when you interview with brokers, this may be a question you want to ask them.
Most board of REALTOR dues cost $300 - $600 per year.
